A fit and healthy lifestyle does does NOT begin with just exercising, it starts with framing the proper mindset. This is why establishing a compelling outcome (the dream) and a compelling purpose (the why) are so important. Once you establish the outcome and purpose (discussed in video #2), you can begin forging the path to your dream.

Establishing a goal hierarchy is an effective way to create a long term vision of how you can achieve your wildest dreams. It provides the motivation, clarity, and knowledge necessary to take action. Each step will progressively lead you up the staircase to your ultimate goal.

Even if your goal is to finish an Ironman Triathlon and you’ve never set foot in a pool, you can frame your mindset by setting progressive goals.
